Progress in construction RC “SHCHASLYVYI” Lviv, May 2024
The first two houses of the residential complex have been commissioned, and the construction of the third one is underway:
• installation of waterproofing of the floor in the basement, cement-sand screed in the storerooms and common corridors of the basement;
• installation of electricity in the lobby of the house;
• laying of electrical cables in the building from the basement to the 17th floor (power supply for elevators, electrical panels on the floors);
• installation of lighting fixtures in the stairwells and installation of lighting fixtures in the corridors of the public usage places (10-17 floors);
• installation of gas boilers and heating radiators (10-17 floors);
• insulation of the 1st floor facade has begun;
• painting and varnishing of decorative plaster on the walls of the public usage places (4-7 floors);
• ceramic tiling of stairwells (1-3 floors) and floors of the public usage places (6-7 floors);
• installation of Armstrong suspended ceilings in the public usage places (4-5 floors);
• installation of electrical cabinets with meters (2-6 floors);
• framing of elevator portals for two elevators (1-17 floors);
• installation of fire extinguishing and warning systems (floors 2-17).
