Progress in construction RC “SHCHASLYVYI” Lviv, July 2021
The first two houses of the residential complex have been commissioned, the construction of the third one proceeds:
• the installation of the floor formwork above the 12th floor is nearing completion. After that, the pouring of this slab will begin soon;
• masonry of walls from the first to the fourth floor inclusive is in the active process;
• chimneys and ventilation shafts are being installed along with the masonry of the walls. It is important that these stages occur simultaneously in order for the house to have a perfect system of air supply and exhaust;
• waterproofing of the basement walls is being created;
• preparation for installation of sewer risers has been completed, work on which will begin soon;
• work on the waterproofing of the underground parking lot is underway.
