Progress in construction RC “SHCHASLYVYI” Lviv, November 2023
The first two buildings of the residential complex have been commissioned, the construction of the third building is in progress:
• installation of railings of cold transitions, stairwells and stairs to the basement;
• masonry of storerooms in the basement;
• the first stage of welding and installation of gas pipes in apartments;
• arrangement of the wet facade of the 1st floor ceilings;
• concreting of two entrance groups to the house;
• waterproofing of cold passages floor;
• arrangement of screed (except basement);
• installation of drippers for cold transitions balconies and window ebbs of the house;
• installation of freight elevator equipment;
• decoration of cold passages balconies with ceramic tiles;
• installation of plasterboard boxes under shields on floors 12-17;
• puttying of the public usage places walls on the 13th-15th, 17th floors;
• installation of public usage places doors;
• installation of horizontal formwork under the floor slab in the underground parking lot;
• unfolding and knitting the reinforcement of the floor slab in the underground parking lot.
