REPORT ON CONSTRUCTION WORKS IN THE RC “LYPYNSKY”: JUNE 2025

We invite you to familiarize yourself with the progress of construction works in the business class residential complex “Lypynsky”, located in the street of the same name in Lviv.

The following stages have been completed in full or in part:

Sections 2 and 3

• concreting of vertical elements (columns and walls) on the 7th floor;

• masonry of the walls on the 2nd and 3rd floors;

• masonry of the walls on the 4th floor (50% complete);

• masonry of ventilation and chimney shafts on the 2nd-4th floors;

• backfilling of the pit sinuses around the walls.

Section 4

• concreting of vertical elements (columns and walls) on the 5th floor;

• concreting of the floor slab above the 5th floor;

• tying of reinforcement of vertical elements on the 6th floor;

• backfilling of the pit sinuses around the walls.

Intermediate section

• concreting of the vertical elements on the 2nd floor;

• installation of horizontal formwork under the floor slab above the 2nd floor.

Sections 5 and 6

• concreting of the floor slab over the basement;

• concreting of vertical elements (columns and walls) on the 1st floor(15% complete);

• vertical waterproofing of the basement walls in section 6(30% complete);

• waterproofing of the vertical walls in the parking lot along the boiler room.

Further works include:

Sections 2 and 3

• concreting the floor slab above the 7th floor;

• concreting vertical elements on the roof;

• concreting the staircase on the 5th-7th floors of the 2nd section;

• laying the walls of the 4th and 5th floors;

• laying external networks (sewerage and water) along the 3rd section.

Section 4

• concreting of the vertical elements on the 6th floor;

• concreting of the floor slab above the 6th floor;

• concreting of the vertical elements on the 7th floor;

• laying of walls and partitions on the 2nd and 3rd floors;

• laying of external networks (sewerage and water) along the section;

• backfilling of the pit sinuses along the section.

Intermediate section

• concreting the floor slab above the 2nd floor;

• concreting the parapet.

Sections 5 and 6

• concreting of vertical elements (columns and walls);

concreting of the ramp at the exit from the parking lot in section 6;

vertical waterproofing in section 6;

backfilling of the pit sinuses along the boiler room.
