Progress in construction RC “SHCHASLYVYI” Lviv, April 2024
The first two houses of the residential complex have been commissioned, and the construction of the third one is underway:
• waterproofing of the parking lot walls has been completed;
• installation of gas pipes around the building has been completed;
• tiling of the floor in the public usage places (6, 7 floors);
• application of decorative plaster on the walls of the public usage places (7-9 floors);
• puttying of the public usage places walls and stairwells (2-7 floors);
• installation of fire alarm cables (5-10 floors);
• installation of electrical cabinets with meters (7-17 floors);
• installation of electrical cables;
• filling the ceilings with Armstrong cassettes (10-17 floors);
• restoration of the studded membrane around the building, sanding around the building to the bottom of the landscaping pie;
• preparing for the installation of water combs and batteries in the house.
