Creating a modern residential project is quite a job to do, as far as such house should meet expectations of its future residents. Construction stage

That’s why partition walls separating rooms within each apartment are different from the partition walls separating apartments.
Walls between the rooms are made of gas concrete blocks. It’s a sort of so-called cellular concrete, the structure of which doesn’t prevent natural circulation of air. At the same time, this material is rather strong. Gas concrete blocks are also used in walls between the apartments, but in this case there’s an additional layer of mineral wool between those blocks. It considerably improves sound insulation and conserves heat, which is also important. Due to this material and our modern heating system your rooms will be effectively heated, and you’ll save money on heating.
There are several important details, that specialists working on this project keep in mind:
- The rooms planning should not only be functional, but also should nurture the atmosphere. Principals of modern residential architecture (popular is Europe) are used here: enlarged bathrooms, big windows for natural daylight, small corridors.
- RC “Shchaslyvyi” will have individual heating system, and the building is customized according to the features of this system.
- Everything is well-planed: not only materials, but also disposition of rooms and siting of the house within this resident complex. This ensures that apartments will get enough of daylight, and the view over High Castle Hill will delight the eye.
The building is commissioned this year, and now it’s rather close to its final condition. Along with that, construction works never stop or slow down even for a day, so the changes really stand out a mile.
