REPORT ON CONSTRUCTION WORKS IN THE RC “LYPYNSKY”: DECEMBER 2024

We invite you to familiarize yourself with the progress of construction works in the business class residential complex Lypynsky, located in the street of the same name in Lviv.

The following stages have been completed in full or in part:

•  concreting of the floor slab above the ground floor in 2-3 sections;

•  concreting of vertical elements of the column walls of the second floor in 2-3 sections;

•  concreting of vertical elements of columns and walls in the basement in the 4th section;

•  installation of formwork for the floor slab above the basement in the 4th section;

•  excavation of the pit for sections 5-6 and intermediate section has been completed;

•  concrete preparation in sections 5-6 and intermediate section has been arranged;

•  installation of formwork and tying of reinforcement of the foundation slab for section 6;

•  concreting of the foundation slab of sections 5-6 has been completed.

Further works include:

•  concreting of the floor slab over the basement of section 4;

•  installation of formwork for the floor slab above the second floor in 2-3 sections;

•  knitting of reinforcement and concreting of the floor slab over the second floor in 2-3 sections.
