REPORT ON CONSTRUCTION WORKS IN THE RC “LYPYNSKY”: AUGUST 2026

We invite you to familiarize yourself with the progress of construction works in the business class residential complex “Lypynsky”, located in the street of the same name in Lviv.

The following stages have been completed in full or in part:

Section 1

• concreting of the vertical elements on the 1st floor has been completed;

• installation of horizontal formwork for the floor slab above the 1st floor;

• concreting of the floor slab above the 1st floor;

• concreting of the vertical elements on the 2nd floor has been completed;

• installation of horizontal formwork for the floor slab above the second floor;

• masonry work on walls and partitions in the basement (85% complete).

Section 2

• plastering of the walls on floors 1–7 has been completed;

• cold-water and heating pipes have been laid on floors 2–3.

Section 3

• preparatory work for plastering the walls on floors 6-7.

Section 4

• installation of a vapor barrier layer made of Euro-ruberoid on the balconies;

• installation of drainage funnels on the balconies;

• installation of a floor screed on the 7th floor and preparatory work for the installation of a floor screed on the 6th floor.

Intermediate section

• installation of extruded polystyrene foam insulation;

• installation of a sloped cement-sand screed on the roof;

• roof waterproofing with a PVC membrane (40% complete).

Sections 5 and 6

• plastering of the walls on floors 6-8 has been completed;

• installation of the PVC-membrane roof waterproofing has been completed.

Other types of work

• installation of horizontal formwork for the floor slab above the underground parking lot and reinforcement of the floor slab.

Further works include:

Section 1

• pouring the floor slab above the 2nd floor;

• pouring the vertical elements of the 3rd floor;

• pouring the floor slab above the 3rd floor;

• building walls and partitions in the basement.

Sections 2

• installation of cold-water and heating pipes on floors 3-7;

• reinforcement of balconies on floors 2-7.

Section 3

• plastering the walls on floors 6-7;

• installing cold-water and heating pipes on floors 6-7;

• installing a vapor barrier made of Euro-ruberoid on the balconies.

Section 4

• installation of a vapor barrier layer made of Euro-ruberoid on balconies on floors 2-7;

• installation of a cement-sand screed on floors 3-6.

Intermediate section

• roof waterproofing using a PVC membrane.

Sections 5 and 6

• plastering the walls on floors 3-5;

• installing cold-water and heating pipes on floors 6-8.

Other types of work

• pouring the concrete slab for the underground parking lot beneath the courtyard;

• installation of window frames and glazing in sections 2-6 on all floors except the first.
