REPORT ON CONSTRUCTION WORKS IN THE RC “LYPYNSKY”: APRIL 2025

We invite you to familiarize yourself with the progress of construction works in the business class residential complex “Lypynsky”, located in the street of the same name in Lviv.

The following stages have been completed in full or in part:

• concreting of vertical elements of the 5th floor of 2-3 sections;

• concreting of the floor slab over the 5th floor of 2-3 sections;

• concreting of vertical elements of 2-3 floors in the 4th section;

• concreting of the floor slab over the 2nd floor in the 4th section;

• concreting of horizontal elements of the floor slab over the basement floor of the intermediate section;

• concreting of vertical elements of the 1st floor of the intermediate section (70% complete);

• concreting of the floor slab over the parking lot (second part);

• concreting of vertical elements of the basement floor of 5-6 sections;

• concreting of horizontal elements - beams under the floor slab over the basement floor of section 5;

• digging a pit for a new transformer substation.

Further works include:

• concreting of vertical elements of the 6th floor of 2-3 sections;

• concreting of the floor slab over the 6th floor of 2-3 sections;

• concreting of vertical elements of the 7th floor of 2-3 sections;

• masonry walls of the 2nd floor of 2-3 sections;

• concreting of the floor slab over the 3rd floor in the 4th section;

• concreting of vertical elements of the 4th floor in the 4th section;

• concreting of the floor slab over the 4th floor in the 4th section;

• completion of vertical elements concreting of the 1st floor in the intermediate section;

• concreting of the floor slab over the 1st floor in the intermediate section;

• completion of concreting beams under the floor slab over the basement floor of section 5;

• completion of concreting of vertical elements of the basement floor of sections 5-6;

• concreting of the floor slab over the basement floor of sections 5-6;

• arrangement of the foundation of the transformer substation;

• completion of vertical waterproofing of the walls of the basement floor of sections 2-4;

• beginning of backfilling around the walls of the basement sections 2-4.
