RC “Shchaslyvyi” in Petropavlivka Was Successfully Opened!

On October 17, 2015 NovaBydova had an opening celebration of the Shchaslyvyi residential complex in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka. NovaBydova’s Director General Yevhen Petrovych Savochka congratulated residents on the completion of construction. People, who made a special contribution to the establishment of this wonderful development, received awards. Both dwellers and celebration guests loudly applauded the invited musicians – the Voice winner Anton Kopytin, a young singer Milana, The Cavaliers band, and the Gravitation string quartet. The festival program was conducted by TV presenter Andrei Makarenko. The honored guest of the RC “Shchaslyvyi” Olha Freimut was also impressed with the audience’s welcome. She led the lottery draw for the best prize – a trip for two to the sunny Cyprus! Congratulations!

In the meantime the littlest RC “Shchaslyvyi” dwellers not only enjoyed jumping on bouncers, participated in the bubbles show, and rode ponies, but also earned toy money – “shchaslyvchyky” – in relays and competitions exchanging them for prizes. One may confidently expect that given such a business approach in 10-20 years they will be able to purchase their own housing at the new RC “Shchaslyvyi” just like you!

During the entire celebration that was held from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. all dwellers and guests could warm themselves with a cup of tea or coffee served by the Coffee & Flowers café. A professional catering company hospitably served 450 kg of pilaf right in the territory of the complex.

This bright and unforgettable event concluded with fantastic fireworks. If that’s what has drawn attention of people, who are no owners of apartments in the complex, then let us remind that it still has vacant apartments.
