CONSTRUCTION OF THE RC "SHCHASLYVYI" (LVIV): NOVEMBER 2023
The latest autumn report from the construction site of the RC "Shchaslyvyi" (Lviv) in Bihova Street is to your attention.
The following works have been completed:
•installation of railings on cold transitions, stairwells and stairs to the basement;
•masonry of storerooms in the basement;
•the first stage of welding and installation of gas pipes in apartments;
•arrangement of the wet facade on the of the 1st floor ceilings ;
•concreting of two entrance groups to the house;
•waterproofing of the cold passages floor;
•arrangement of screed (except basement);
•installation of drippers on cold transitions balconies and window ebbs of the house;
•installation of freight elevator equipment;
•decoration of cold passages balconies with ceramic tiles;
•installation of plasterboard boxes under shields on floors 12-17;
•plastering of the walls of the public usage places on the 13th-15th, 17th floors;
•doors installation in the public usage places;
•installation of horizontal formwork under the floor slab in the underground parking lot;
•unfolding and knitting the reinforcement of the floor slab in the underground parking lot.
Among the following planned stages of work:
•planning of the territory around the house, a stand with sand;
•tiling of cold passages balconies;
•initial puttying of the public usage places walls on the 10th-12th, 16th floors;
•preparation of stairwells for tiling;
•hanging handles and locks on the doors of the public usage places;
•installation of freight elevator equipment;
•installation of window moldings;
•installation of windows on the 1st floor;
•slab concreting of the underground parking lot;
•installation of hydro-keys on the slab of the underground parking lot;
•concreting the parapets of the underground parking lot.
