REPORT ON CONSTRUCTION WORKS IN THE RC “LYPYNSKY”: SEPTEMBER 2025

We invite you to familiarize yourself with the progress of construction works in the business class residential complex “Lypynsky”, located in the street of the same name in Lviv.

The following stages have been completed in full or in part:

Sections 2 and 3

• bricklaying of walls and partitions on floors 2-4 and 6-7;

• bricklaying of ventilation ducts on floor 7;

• concreting of roof structures.

Section 4

• bricklaying of ventilation ducts on the 4th floor;

• laying of sewage pipes to collectors.

Sections 5 and 6

• concreting of floor slabs above floors 1-3;

• concreting of vertical elements (columns and walls) of floors 2-4.

Underground parking lot

• concreting part of the foundation slab of the parking lot under the courtyard;

• concreting vertical elements under the floor slab of part of the parking lot under the courtyard;

• concreting the floor slab above part of the parking lot under the courtyard;

• backfilling the excavation pits along the parking lot.

Further works include:

Sections 2 and 3

• bricklaying of walls and partitions on the 7th floor;

• monolithic works on the roof;

• bricklaying of chimney and ventilation shafts on the roof;

• bricklaying of ventilation and chimney ducts;

• installation of sewer and water risers.

Section 4

• installation of vertical elements on the 7th floor;

• installation of floor slabs above the 7th floor;

• installation of parapets and monolithic roof structures;

• bricklaying of walls and partitions on the 5th and 6th floors;

• bricklaying of ventilation and chimney ducts.

Sections 5 and 6

• concreting of floor slabs above floors 4-6;

• concreting of vertical elements of floors 5-6;

• laying of sewerage networks.
