REPORT ON CONSTRUCTION WORKS IN THE RC “LYPYNSKY”: OCTOBER 2025

We invite you to familiarize yourself with the progress of construction works in the business class residential complex “Lypynsky”, located in the street of the same name in Lviv.

The following stages have been completed in full or in part:

Sections 2 and 3

• monolithic work on roof structures has been completed;

• bricklaying of ventilation and chimney ducts on the 7th floor;

• bricklaying of ventilation and chimney ducts on the roof (70% complete);

• bricklaying of walls and partitions on the 7th floor has been completed;

• installation of sewer risers from the basement to the 7th floor (section 2);

• installation of water risers on the 1st and 2nd floors (section 2).

Section 4

• masonry work on walls and partitions on the 5th floor;

• masonry work on ventilation and chimney ducts on the 5th and 6th floors;

• concreting of vertical elements on the 7th floor.

Sections 5 and 6

• concreting of vertical elements of floors 4-6;

• concreting of floor slabs above floors 4-5;

• laying of external sewerage networks.

Further works include:

Sections 2 and 3

• bricking up ventilation and chimney ducts on the roof;

• bricking up chimney and ventilation ducts on the roof with solid bricks;

• installing a sewer riser;

• lining ventilation ducts.

Section 4

• concreting of floor slabs above the 7th floor;

• concreting of parapets on the roof structure;

• bricklaying of ventilation and chimney ducts on the 7th floor and roof.

Sections 5 and 6

• concreting of floor slabs above floors 6-7;

• concreting of vertical elements of floors 7-8;

• laying of external sewerage networks.
