REPORT ON CONSTRUCTION WORKS IN THE RC “LYPYNSKY”: NOVEMBER 2025

We invite you to familiarize yourself with the progress of construction works in the business class residential complex “Lypynsky”, located in the street of the same name in Lviv.

The following stages have been completed in full or in part:

Sections 2 and 3

• bricking up ventilation and chimney ducts on the roof (99% complete);

• installing sewer risers from the basement to the roof;

• sleeve installation in ventilation ducts (98% complete);

• bricking up of chimney and ventilation ducts on the roof (95% complete).

Section 4

• concreting of floor slabs above the 7th floor;

• concreting of roof structures;

• bricklaying of ventilation and chimney ducts on the 7th floor;

• bricklaying of walls on the 7th floor.

Sections 5 and 6

• concreting of floor slabs above floors 6-8;

• concreting of vertical elements of floors 7-8;

• concreting of roof structures (95% complete);

• laying of external sewerage networks;

• laying of external gas pipe to section 6;

• bricklaying of walls on floors 1-2.

Further works include:

Sections 2 and 3

• bricking up chimney and ventilation ducts on the roof;

• roofing.

Section 4

• bricklaying of walls on the 7th floor;

• bricklaying of ventilation and chimney ducts from the 7th floor to the roof;

• bricklaying of chimney and ventilation ducts on the roof;

• installation of sewer risers on floors 1-7.

Sections 5 and 6

• bricklaying of walls on 2-3 floors;

• concreting of roof structures;

• bricklaying of ventilation and chimney ducts on 2-3 floors.
