REPORT ON CONSTRUCTION WORKS IN THE RC “LYPYNSKY”: MAY 2026

We invite you to familiarize yourself with the progress of construction works in the business class residential complex “Lypynsky”, located in the street of the same name in Lviv.

The following stages have been completed in full or in part:

Section 1

• excavation of the foundation pit has been completed;

• preparation of the concrete base for the foundation slab;

• installation of a retaining sheet pile wall opposite the section.

Section 2

• installation of window frames;

• installation of horizontal sewer lines K1 and K2 in the underground parking lot.

Section 3

• installation of PVC membrane roof waterproofing;

• plastering of walls on floors 2-4;

• installation of window frames;

• installation of horizontal sewer lines K1 and K2 in the underground parking lot.

Section 4

• plastering of walls on floors 4-7;

• installation of roof waterproofing with PVC membrane (60% complete).

Sections 5 and 6

• brickwork for ventilation and chimney ducts on the roof;

• brickwork for basement walls (Section 6);

• installation of a vapor barrier made of Euro-ruberoid on the roof;

• brickwork for walls and partitions on the 5th and 6th floors (80% complete).

Other types of work

• excavation of the foundation pit for the second phase of the underground parking lot has been completed;

• preparation of the concrete subgrade for the second phase underground parking lot foundation slab;

• installation of horizontal sewer lines to drain water from the parking lot's catch basins (sections 2-4 and the intermediate section);

• reinforcement of the underground parking lot foundation slab under the courtyard near Section 6.

Further works include:

Section 1

• pouring the foundation slab;

• constructing the monolithic vertical elements of the basement.

Sections 2

• installation of window frames and glass panels.

Section 3

• installation of window frames and glass panels;

• plastering of walls (floors 5-7).

Section 4

• roof waterproofing with a PVC membrane;

• plastering the walls of the stairwell;

• installing cold-water and heating pipes in the apartments (floors 2-5).

Intermediate section

• installation of a vapor barrier made of Euro-ruberoid on the roof.

Sections 5 and 6

• construction of walls and partitions (floors 5-8);

• installation of roof insulation made of extruded polystyrene foam;

• installation of a sloped, semi-dry screed on the roof.

Other types of work

• concreting the foundation slab for the second phase of the underground parking lot;

• construction of the monolithic vertical elements for the basement floor of the underground parking lot second phase.
