REPORT ON CONSTRUCTION WORKS IN THE RC “LYPYNSKY”: DECEMBER 2025

We invite you to familiarize yourself with the progress of construction works in the business class residential complex “Lypynsky”, located in the street of the same name in Lviv.

The following stages have been completed in full or in part:

Sections 2 and 3

• all monolithic works have been completed;

• the masonry of ventilation and chimney ducts on the roof has been completed;

• installation of sewerage networks from the roof to the parking lot has been completed;

• ventilation ducts have been sleeved;

• installation of a vapor barrier layer made of roofing felt on the roof has been completed;

• roof insulation with polystyrene foam (20% complete).

Section 4

• all monolithic works have been completed;

• the construction of ventilation and chimney ducts on the roof has been completed. 

Sections 5 and 6

• all monolithic works have been completed;

• bricklaying of walls on floors 3-4 (60% complete);

• bricklaying of ventilation and chimney ducts on floors 2-4.

Other types of work

• commissioning works at the power transformer substation;

• preparatory works for water drainage and excavation of the foundation pit for the next stage of the underground parking lot.

Further works include:

Sections 2 and 3

• roof insulation with polystyrene foam;

• pouring of a slope-forming screed on the roof.

Section 4

• bricking up chimney and ventilation ducts on the roof;

• bricking up walls on the 7th floor.

Sections 5 and 6

• completion of bricklaying on floors 3-4 and commencement of bricklaying on floors 5-6.

Other types of work

• completion of commissioning works at the power transformer substation;

• installation of water drainage and start of excavation works for the next stage of the underground parking lot.
