REPORT ON CONSTRUCTION WORKS IN THE RC “LYPYNSKY”: AUGUST 2025

We invite you to familiarize yourself with the progress of construction works in the business class residential complex “Lypynsky”, located in the street of the same name in Lviv.

The following stages have been completed in full or in part:

Sections 2 and 3

• bricklaying of walls and partitions on floors 1, 5, and 6;

• bricklaying of ventilation and chimney ducts on floor 6;

• concreting of parapets.

Section 4

• bricklaying of walls and partitions on the 2nd and 3rd floors; 

• bricklaying of ventilation and chimney ducts from the 2nd to the 4th floors.

Sections 5 and 6

• installation of formwork for the floor slab above the first floor;

• concreting of the floor slab above the first floor;

• backfilling of the excavation pits (near section 6).

Transformation substation

• building walls and partitions.

Underground parking lot

• excavation of part of the pit for parking under the courtyard; 

• pouring concrete for the foundation cushion of the parking lot.

Further works include:

Sections 2 and 3

• bricklaying of walls and partitions on floors 1, 6;

• bricklaying of ventilation and chimney ducts from floor 6 to the roof;

• concreting of vertical roof structure elements.

Section 4

• bricklaying of walls and partitions on floors 3 and 4;

• bricklaying of ventilation and chimney ducts on floors 4-6;

• concreting of vertical elements on floor 7.

Sections 5 and 6

• concreting of vertical elements on the 2nd floor;

• concreting of the floor slab above the 2nd floor.

Transformation substation

• concreting of floor slabs.

Underground parking lot

• concreting the foundation slab of the parking lot under the courtyard;

• backfilling the excavation pits along the parking lot.
