REPORT ON CONSTRUCTION WORKS IN THE RC “LYPYNSKY”: APRIL 2026

We invite you to familiarize yourself with the progress of construction works in the business class residential complex “Lypynsky”, located in the street of the same name in Lviv.

The following stages have been completed in full or in part:

Section 1

• excavating the foundation pit.

Section 2

• the installation of the sloped screed on the roof has been completed;

• the installation of the PVC membrane roof waterproofing has been completed;

• installation of the K1 horizontal sewer lines (70% complete).

Section 3

• the installation of the sloped screed on the roof has been completed;

• installation of PVC membrane roof waterproofing (40% complete);

• plastering of walls on the 2nd floor (65% complete);

• installation of K1 horizontal sewer lines (50% complete).

Section 4

• the installation of the sloped screed on the roof has been completed;

• the installation of the vapor barrier layer made of Euro-ruberoid on the roof has been completed;

• plastering of the walls on the 2nd-4th floors.

Intermediate section

• installation of K2 vertical sewer risers;

• bricklaying of the exterior walls along the perimeter of the section (2nd floor).

Sections 5 and 6

• masonry of external perimeter walls (floors 5-8);

• completion of masonry work on walls and partitions on the 4th floor;

• installation of ventilation and chimney ducts from the 5th floor to the roof;

• masonry of walls in the underground parking lot and basement.

Other types of work

• tying the rebar for the foundation slab of the second phase of the underground parking lot;

• excavating the foundation pit for the second phase of the underground parking lot.

Further works include:

Section 1

• excavation of a pit for the foundation;

• pouring of the concrete base for the foundation slab.

Sections 2

• window installation;

• wall plastering (floors 2-7);

• installation of K1 sewer pipes in the underground parking lot;

Section 3

• installation of PVC membrane roof waterproofing;

• plastering of walls (floors 3-7);

• window installation;

• installation of horizontal sewer lines K1 and K2 in the underground parking lot.

Section 4

• plastering of walls (floors 5-7);

• installation of PVC membrane roof waterproofing;

• window installation;

Intermediate section

• bricklaying of the exterior walls along the perimeter of the section (1st floor).

Sections 5 and 6

• brickwork for roof chimneys;

• installation of a vapor barrier made of Euro-ruberoid on the roof;

• bricklaying of walls and partitions on the 5th and 6th floors;

• bricklaying of basement walls (Section 6).

Other types of work

• pouring the concrete slab for the second phase of the underground parking lot;

• excavating the foundation pit for the second phase of the underground parking lot;

• pouring the concrete base for the slab of the second phase of the underground parking lot.
