REAL ESTATE INVEST FORUM: HOW A LARGE-SCALE BUSINESS FORUM FROM NOVABUDOVA LOOKED LIKE

On September 4, 2021, the Pochayna Event Hall hosted the traditional Real Estate Invest Forum. The forum was organized by NovaBudova. The general sponsor of the event was the OLX platform, and the construction sponsor was the construction hypermarket Epicenter  chain.

The Real Estate Invest Forum was opened by Yevhen Savochka, a CEO of NovaBudova, who emphasised that real estate investments are a really profitable and predictable business from which you can get a stable income.

The same opinion in one form or another appeared in the speeches of the majority of the invited speakers, who not only knew everything about real estate, but also shared this information with the guests of the event.

In general, the Real Estate Invest Forum was remembered for really thorough and interesting lectures on various aspects of real estate investing.

• First of all, of course, the speakers spoke about the most advantageous offers on the real estate market of Kyiv and the region. In particular, the headliner of the forum Andriy Onistrat ("Running Banker") and Serhiy Lesnyk from NovaBudova spoke about this topic, where they talked about where it is profitable to invest today, and shared real cases from their long-term practice of real estate investing.
• The latest trends that affect real estate in one way or another were discussed at the forum. In particular, Irina Sheremeta, a product-manager of DOM.RIA Novobudova, spoke about the trends of the primary real estate market, its analytics and forecasts. Dmytro Tanko, a regional director of the construction hypermarket chain Epicenter, shared the trends and tendencies of the development of the construction and finishing materials market. And the owner of the company "Lesnik.Pro" Andriy Lesnyk spoke about the trends that are characteristic of the market of finishing work, especially in relation to real estate, which is planned to sell or rent.
• In addition, the speakers addressed other important issues related to the real estate market. For example, Igor Syrovatko, a director of OLX Customer Service in Ukraine and Central Asia, shared life hacks on how to help sell real estate more effectively online. The problem of integrating modern technologies into the real estate market was raised in the report by Tamara Lobzina - a CEO of ICLUB, a club of investors in technology startups in Europe and the United States. Kateryna Lychana, a Head of Globus Bank's Partnership Department, spoke about the benefits of bank lending when investing in primary real estate, as well as financing programs for construction companies. Also worth mentioning is the motivational speech of the creator of the brand "Enjoy The Wood" Igor Fostenko, who, like no one else, knows how important this aspect is in doing business.

Of course, the Real Estate Invest Forum was not limited to speeches. More than 350 guests took part in the forum, who, in addition to the necessary knowledge, also received many useful connections and acquaintances. And this was one of the priorities of this event
